Privacy Notice
Last Updated: November 19, 2014
This Privacy Policy explains how information about you is collected, used and disclosed by voispot, Inc., the owner and operator of the ovoispplication, and our subsidiaries (collectively, "vois") when you use our websites, mobile applications and other online products and services (collectively, the "Services") or when you otherwise interact with us.
We may change this Privacy Policy from time to time. If we make changes, we will notify you by revising the date at the top of the policy and, in some cases, we may provide you with additional notice (such as adding a statement to our websites' homepages or sending you a notification). We encourage you to review the Privacy Policy whenever you access the Services to stay informed about our information practices and the ways you can help protect your privacy.

Collection of Information
Information You Provide to Us
We collect information you provide directly to us. For example, we collect information when you create an account, use the Services to send or receive messages and content sent via the chat screen, including text, videos and photos ("voispots"), request customer support or otherwise communicate with us. The types of information we may collect include your name, telephone number, date of birth, gender, postal code, optional profile picture, username, password, email address if you connect through a third-party system (i.e. Facebook or Google) and any other information you choose to provide.
When you send or receive messages, we also temporarily collect, process and store the contents of those voispots on our servers. The contents of those voispots are also temporarily stored on the devices of recipients. For voispots that have been set to expire, once the expiration of the pre-programmed time by which the messages/voispots must be read and self-destructed, we automatically delete the Chat from our servers and our Services are programmed to delete the Chat from the ovoispp on the recipients' devices. Based on the user-created time period by which the Chat session is destroyed, the Chat session is not preserved or recallable (i.e. it cannot be recreated or recovered) from our servers. We do, however, store the voispots for archiving off site for up to five years but such data is not connected to a server that can be accessed through publically accessible services. Please note that we cannot guarantee that deletion of any message/voispots always occurs within a particular timeframe. We also cannot prevent others from making copies of your messages (e.g., by taking a screenshot). If we are able to detect that the recipient has captured a screenshot of any voispots that you send, we will attempt to notify you. In addition, as for any other digital information, there may be ways to access messages while still in temporary storage on recipients' devices or, forensically, even after they are deleted. You should not use vois to send messages if you want to be certain that the recipient cannot keep a copy.

When you access or use our Services, we automatically collect information about you, including:

We also collect information about the number of messages sent and received between you and your friends and which friends you exchange messages with most frequently.

Location Information:
We may collect information about the location of your device to facilitate your use of certain features of our Services, determine the speed at which your device is traveling, add location-based filters to your voispots (such as local weather), and for any other purpose described in this privacy policy. vois tracks the originating location of a vois session if a user chooses to enable location for the vois session. Location is also tracked for each vois message and the "city" information is provided when users view a vois session. Currently, users cannot opt out of location tracking in messages. ovoislso has a feature for proximity Loops which tracks user locations and provides real-time invites based on user proximity to the Loop. This location tracking can be turned off for those types of Loops. For more information about how you can control our collection of location information, please see "Your Choices" below.
